Save Me

Save me from this loneliness

I am so lost and Misguided
When I close my eyes
The door of my heart… opens up
The secret to my soul… runs free
That’s when dreams so dark disappear
Into the darkness…
And sorrow… fades away
And the silence of night
Embrace my body cold
Take my hand and let me forget
The sadness within my heart
But why does it still hurt when I pray
Why does it hurt when I cry?
Why does this pain does not go away?
Is it because my love goes too deep?
If I smile it’s with a tear in my eye
When I try to sing a song

I choke… and choke

Over and over again
Is it because I can hear the ocean’ flow
But can only see the dark of night
The darkness of sorrow… that you not around
Oh!! God sometimes I wish I never existed
Inside deep inside of me
There is this lonely heart
My spirit dies writing this
I am so lost and misguided by love
The deepest love I have ever felt!!
Somewhere along this road
I lost my heart… but can’t find it back
As I am trembling in my bed
I am asking you to lead me back
To my fantasy land
Fantasy that filled me with real emotions
From my heart and soul
You made a difference in my life
The wounds cut deep into my soul
And as my eyes shed another tear
It makes no difference to me anymore
Darling I have come here
Because I love you…. dearly
But now I am lost
And misguided
Lonely!!!

Such a beautiful melancholy write Tinks, but in the end you are the only one in control of how you feel...it always has been your choice.
Time to grab the world by the tail and shake up your life...love and peace to you...

watch the hand of the devil Tink, nothing last forever, hold your breath for an hour, if you survive, you'll be happy to what's really a joy

Loneliness is a state of mind - and I think we all need to experience every state at some point in order to understand the others. Hopefully, if this is autobiographical, it will be a brief visit in the State of Loneliness. (I seem to vacation in the State of Confusion most often)

No loneliness can befall you if you don't allow it too...write when you need to, as I think I am home for few days what with this virus...Ed

But why remain lonely. That is ones choice. Our life is what we make of it. The more one reach's out the less lonely one is..

My goodness Tinks you have me with tears! Just the thought of anyone feeling so forlorn is awful. The poetry is fantastic, but if you feel this way tis a shame, and you'd best listen to Peter! "With God all things are possible"

The only one who can save you from loneliness is yourself Tinka
Its a big mistake depending on any one mere mortal delivering the goods !
Give yourself a shake, and get on with it !

Too much sadness for one person to handle, too many women sing this dirge of lonliness and broken hearts.
