I'm still in the process of moving. This is a repost and one of my personal favorites.

Poem Artwork

Soaring on wings of the endless dawn
Skimming the earth...only as pawns
Before we know it...
In no time at all
We'll deserve what we have
With no where to fall
Let favorite illusions be as they must
Fleeting they come
As going they rust
We've visited before
Devored it all
Savored the taste and just had a ball
Together as friends
Escorting our muse
Shared ageless beauty and boundless reviews
Dearest of hearts and ageless ambitions
Hold me quick...fast
Keep tight this transition
Tomorrow will come and in all our haste
The sunset will blossom with no after taste
Then just as the midnight collapses around us
Our daydreams balloon ...
Our tears become rusted
Our hearts will regain what beat it remembers
As dawn brings new drama to dying old embers
And daylight reminds us that living is pain
Until nighttime commits us to travel again.

The imagery and depth of perception is omnious. Morning, sunset, days renewed are all symbolic of the many journeys life has to offer. Thank you, DL Mullan

"And daytime reminds us that living is pain and nighttime commits us to travel again" So true, yet every new day we awaken a little less
of who we were and a little more of who we will be. Such a great write. Pierre.

We must live in a mixture of reality and illusions. It is important to distinguish between them. Very inspirational poem. Victor

Beautiful write that just travels on in the heart, mind and soul with such lyricism and compulsion. Images of tumbleweed spin through my imagination. Light and gossamer and yet not without the added weight of the wisdom of experience and understanding. Bless you in your move and may it be a most settling experience! :)) LOL K xx

Glorious as you so often qre with your imagery, and the pic to match!
How I ache for you sis with the move. I've been praying it all goes well. I'm close to having order and knowing where everything is, then I can hang pictures;-) Hope you'll soon be saying the same.;-)

Eileen
