If you know Walt Hardester, then you know this Santa looks a lot like him.

Poem Artwork

I've seen it all since moving here
Tropical weather with flesh all bare
Shopping for Christmas along the beach
Something new for this Georgia peach
Passing along people in barely a dare
Some with straps in thong underwear
Little or nothing to my imagination
Embarrassing nudity gets frustrating
Then over the beach caught by a sunset
A flock of Flamingoes with a fat man yet
He was dressed in Tommy Bahama tropics
His feet were flip flopped with phosphorous rockets
His belly was bare all underneath
He sounded like Bob Marley... a Jamaican beat
He was doing his "thang" with Flamingo flare
His surfboarded sled was huge...I swear
He smelled like Hawaiian Tropic lotion
He dared every white cap out on the ocean
He swooped down and landed beyond the reef
And he pulled out his Boze for some caroling treat
Then up from his decorated bag of sweet treats
Sprang Jimmy Buffet with his band complete
They played all the favorites from many years past
Then Margaritaville came strong but wasn't his last
Just when the crowd collected together
Came a huge clap of inclimate weather
I swear fore I knew it the clouds opened wide
Then in came Three Wiseman in a huge doublewide
Lights all glaring with camels in baggies
A jockey with frankensense and even a caddy
Coming to the islands to take in the season
Celebrating Christmas with giving the reason
Fireworks came next with sparklers spraying
Then peace and quiet as all knelt in praying
It's Christmas no matter the place or the thing'
We're celebrating a birthday
It's Christ's day...our King
Merry Christmas ye tanned one
Everywhere every place
It's all about honoring the God of all Grace!

AMEN! The God of all GRACE!
It's HIS day whether we have the date right or not!
And yes ... the beaches here is So-CaL have become almost
pornographic. Peter understands! It's like .... where is the modesty anymore?
Have I gotten old and fuddy-duddy? I fear yes!
Marvelous Belle-o-swell-o-lovely woman.

Haha! Gotta love this. It just goes to show, Susan, no matter where this Georgia Peach may roam, she takes her wit and charm with her and everyone in her realm benefits . . .

AMEN a unique poem for Christmas but the message is about Christ the King who a few are trying to suppress in this Country and succeeding unless Christians unite and defeat the ACLU. Merry Christmas Susan and may God Bless you.
