There are too many to count, so I duck the total amount.
Mostly the bullshit gathers
more than a duck got feathers
The hell with others
even my sisters and brothers
I'm talking about my own bull
I've got more than a head full
I procrastinate too much
to the point of almost losing touch
Then life and pain almost
put me on a crutch
I really couldn't get much done then
I could hardly sit and write in the den
so I had to rest my pen
The den is review orientated
me I'm more originated
Many worry about getting reviews
but for me this is sour news
I love to verse a lot
and keep my pen hot
so when I can I take my shot
I find myself here too much
not doing other more important
things of such
Like finishing what I've started
it lies incomplete departed
My third book just sits
like a butt on the toilet with the shits
and even worse
the final death curse
Most of my projects lie in wait
after my job doing nothing dictate
I work eight hours a day on my job
the rest of the time I'm a do nothing slob
Others watch my little achievement
things done out of bereavement
I'm not an arrogant jerk
My lazy ass keeps trying to
make something more positive work
That is it
I can't even say
later on for the bullshit
cause I'm a part of it

I love the truth in your verses Grady... always the truth, no bull-shit.

LOL! I'm glad you aren't the one who cries for reviews. I don't obligate anyone to do that, because I don't see other as having the same amount of free time, and the same schedule as I have. I'll be just glad to know my work is being read. So long as they are being read, I know my voice are being heard. I will NEVER obligate anyone, or force anyone to review me. I love the way you make humor into truth. Procrasting? I'm the queen. I didn't even take time to spell that right!
