Poem Artwork

look
enough is enough
there’s nothing worse than
ad nauseum
chased by
ad infinitum
yes yes yes
the record speaks
unread volumes
and no one listens
choosing instead
mistakes upon mistakes
studied then stupefied
magnified then mystified
ja ja ja
thrown stones
broken glass
bleed
now read
and red

there's no sense in bleeding forever ... it only makes you emotionally anemic and spiritually dead ...

like nordette said, you can feel this one deep into the bones ...

Yeah, sometimes nothing's to be done but the dying, bring on the janitors and mop up. A flow-through-the-bones write, Sara. ~~Nordette

You went to the well and emptied it of all the mundane excuses
now there is only truth left to drink. I hope your thirst gets quenched! Have a Happy Thanksgiving Day Sara!
