Don’t raise your head,
Towards the sky
To see the heaven
But close your eyes
And open it slowly
With thoughts of
Love in your mind
And with the beat
Of love in your heart
Then you will see heaven
Everywhere in the earth
In the warmth of the sun
And in petals of the rose
In the flow of the rivers
And in chirping of the birds
In the saunter of the toddlers
And in laughter of the elders
So, don’t raise your head,
Towards the sky
To see the heaven
For heaven is not up there
It is down here within us
Inside every human’s heart
But only, when we terminate
Greed, anger, cruelty and disgust
From the inner course of our heart
And replace it with the solidarity of
Interminable brotherhood and love
We will see heaven all around us
For love is god and god is love
And heaven is the place,
Where god dwells with perpetual love
