Nary will my color fade, for you have painted me with love in your minds eye... ~Lily of Lough Neagh~

Poem Artwork

 I am yer satin canvas
ye are my optic brush
loom me with yer eyes
with the weaver's touch

lightly stroke each curve
ever gently as ye go
paint me soft with love
with a gentle glow

Now pin me to yer wall
For just yer eyes to see
and with yer feather touch
stroke ere so tenderly

A touch of blush to cheeks
skin swirled about in cream
manicured with love
taupe kisses now agleam

No painting in any medium could ever do justice to these words or the Lady that writes them. Truly beautiful.

Stay well and keep writing

I this exactly, until something happened and now, I don't know where she is. Seriously, I don't think anyone ought to have to go through this. I'm just sayin'... ...and feeling sorry for myself I suppose. There is a huge hole in my soul. Thank you, Carol. Love and best wishes,

A love so wonderfully painted in your minds eye, with the most beautiful colors, can never fade away.
These colors keep their value eternally and withstand the ravages of time.

What a beautiful way to picture the woman you love with eternal colors
Very deep and beautiful Carol
