There comes a time in our life
we have to face our mortality
Remembering over the years our strife
But appreciating all the reality
We take so much for granted
never stopping to take time to smell the roses
When we should have been planting
All the love our heart could give
I can say all my life
I have planted my love everywhere
to everyone who hurt and was in need
I freely have always given it
even if many turned their back on me
I did not do it for gain, I did it out of love
I am not perfect by any means
many lost faith in me for their own reasons
Their own insecurities and their own hurts
I don't blame them, I still love them...
It's who I am though, the Lightworker
The light that will always be there
even when you can't see me anymore
Know the glow of my love surrounds you

Carolee...it is the Solstice...time
when hope becomes more empowering
and heart rekindles zeal for life's
amazing...if sometimes...arduous
journey...hold your hands with
love and many hugs...
