A high peak towers to pierce the blue sky,
Below it is a marsh with impassable mud;
If only you can walk upon the waters and
Climb up the precipitous cliffs, you'll be able
To bridge over the obstacles of governance.
Meantime, the mud is crawling with snakes
And all of them are feminine in essentials,
And none is a masculine, the dragon, as yet;
Hence, there'll be no good action till the end
Of the day. It means that the head of the state
Isn't yet a true leader of his army and people.
