When spelled in Reverse -what is Evian?
Naive - Excessively simple and Trusting -
Youth and inexperience are Accused,
Pobrocito - often victim of Hustling!


Another example of this Phenomenon,
Is the word - Evil - so Bad -
Although extremely Malevolent,
When flip-flopped - Live - becomes Glad!


They say that Opposites do Attract -
And Similes might Repel -
A Smile upon your Face,
Says the World Is Well!


Abba means Father,
Even in Reverse -
But if we transpose God,
The alternate - Dog - may be Perverse!


If we flip the Guy
Who made a cookie Famous -
Amos becomes Soma,
Cells and tissues that do define Us!

We can enter a Moor,
And walk upon Moss or Heather -
Or enter a Room and Sit,
Upon a chair of Leather!


Nay-Sayers profess - Gloom and Doom -
While Goody-Two-Shoes exclaim a different Mood!
A thin plate, layer, or flake is a Lamina -
Its opposite, Animal, is oft-times simply Food!


The face of a clock has a Dial,
And its hands go round and Round -
Its Obverse, Reverse, or Inverse though,
Simply - Laid - might be Found!
