We are bound up into a web of possibilities,
Intertwined together amid earthly realities.
I weave the warp of my own unique experience,
You weave the woof in a tapestry mysterious.
At every point of contact lies potential for light;
At every encounter lies the mystery of the night.
Thru others, we unburden what lies in us haunting;
I see you have courage to face whatever is daunting.
For myself, I take note of my contradictions within;
Others offer a solution that may bring with it a grin.
I may suffer delusions that bring me close to despair;
Others may see illusions that can illuminate with flare.
Our roots and tentacles feed upon a nurturing earth;
Our history retraces footsteps to the time of our birth.
We contain within us riddles no mummy could solve;
Intertwined, we can life’s recurring mysteries resolve.
