I like that last line. Makes it very definite level happen. But I don't want to be around anywhere to hear those brass trumpets blare. While mine matches yours somewhat, I had to give up my colorful flair pens so very long ago because I could no longer hold them to write.
Death and taxes are inevitable, but at least the IRS grants extensions. When the end comes, I hope it brings peace. A wonderful write to go out on, but not just yet. Like my poem, Passed Away, This one can be shared at your funeral.
