-- One Last Time -- John Herlihy If only I could hold you One last time, Forever and ever mine. If only I could see you One last time, Seen as only I can see you. If only you could just be with me One last time, Even your silence would be mine. If only I could get rid of the sorrow One last time, Never to return now or tomorrow. If only I could forget you One last time, The memory never to return. If only I could remember you One last time, So my heart may forever burn. If only I could kiss you One last time, One last touch I never before knew. If only I could miss you One last time, The missing a thing that never grew. So..... "Hold you. See you one last time. Just be with you. Get rid of the sorrow. Forget you. Remember you. Kiss you. Miss you. Meet you. And never say I love you for the last time. A rollercoaster of emotions. Reminds me of Louise, the girl that dumped me when I got drafted into the Army. Enjoyed. r
