I am as night

You are as day

I am at war

In You lies peace

I am in shadow

You are in light

In me lies doubt

In You lies certainty

I seek to find

You the one found

My wounds bleed

You my wounds bind

I am afraid

You soothe my fear

I am alone

You are always near

I am guilty

You offer me innocence

I feel remorse

You offer forgiveness

I have done wrong

You are the Merciful

I feel betrayed

You are the Compassionate

I am empty

You are full

Without you, absence

With You, presence.

I am the moon

You are the sun

I am as many

You are as One

I am the puzzle

You are the mystery

I am in pieces

You are the whole

I am the body

You are the soul

I am the breath

You are the spirit
