Constant Reminder

You live on in my heart
Your image I see
In those you created
Why must it be?
Such love and passion
Gone with your soul
Never again
Will I feel quite whole
You gave me memories
But above all you left
Your virtual image, so
I would not be bereft
But the faces I see
In others so dear
Remind me of you
I wish you were here
Was it our destiny?
Or just cruel fate
One day I shall know
The answer must wait
My pure love I give
To those whom you gave
Your own life has gone
And no one could save
One day, after this life
May we meet again
Forever together
No parting, no pain
True joy for those
Grief does not invade
Lives are so precious
And yours will not fade
