How in the bloody hell

Did I ever get talked into this?

Me – a full-blooded bulldog,

Posing as a feline – Ridiculous!

If I wasn’t so bloody hung over,

I might even howl and laugh.

And Clouseau as Fu Manchu?

I think the man is surely daft.

And will you look at James Blond,

With his silly old sailor disguise?

He stands out like a thumb in plum pudding,

What a bloody bloody surprise!

Inspector Clouseau actually believes

That Dr. Never will attempt to recruit us,

As filthy henchmen in his bloody plot

For the World Mind Control he truly lusts.

And while we now spend our time

Staking out London’s media stations,

The extremely diabolical Dr. Never

Must be filled with joy and elation.

He is probably miles and miles away from London,

Plotting something dastardly with his evil witches.

And I’d bet if he has any informants lurking about,

They are laughing hysterically, and in utter stitches.

I cannot decide if I should resume my drinking,

Or if I should just crawl back to my comfy bed.

But I fear that if I ever do sober up,

I shall pop Clouseau over his idiotic head.

The things a bulldog will do,

For his country and his queen;

The things a bulldog must do,

Are frankly - often quite obscene.

My Goodness!  The diabolical Dr. Never seems to be flustering our dear immortal Mr. Piddles more than any other villain he has faced over the centuries.  He gave up drinking way back in the 12^th Century, and it appears that he may be heading down that dark and lonely road again.

And what of James Blond?  Could his starring role in that feature film have ruined him forever? Could he have gone ‘Hollywood’ on us?

And what in the world has become of the once trusted Mod Squad?  They seem to have vanished, just when Mr. Piddles needs them the most.

Have all our valiant heroes finally given up?

Will pure evil soon conquer the entire world?

And what will that extremely dastardly Dr. Never do next?
