Forest Clothed In Snow

“There is nothing in the world more beautiful,

Than the forest clothed to its very hollows in snow.”

William Sharp

Music: Deep Forest

My mind is restless

I arise before dawn

I peer out the window

New snow on my lawn

I quickly get dressed

Old Turbo wants to go

He loves the forest too

We head off into the snow

Soon, we reach the trees

Now, dressed in pure white

The two of us enter, reverently

Two souls now filled with delight

Old Turbo loves the snowy scent

I admire the wondrous white view

The forest is now radiantly sparkling

So fresh, so beautiful, so magically new

We now wander a very familiar narrow path

Our tracks are the very first in this new snow

We share a sense of wonder and excitement

As the snowy silence envelops our very souls

Both man and canine are now overjoyed

As we both stand in forest clothed in snow

We silently take it all in for several minutes

Then joyously onward, down the path, we go

“There is nothing in the world more beautiful,

Than the forest clothed to its very hollows in snow.”

I too love the sight of the world after mother nature puts on her white fur stole...makes everything seem so virginal and innocent.

Beautiful scene you set, beautiful way you set it. However, at this point, I'd as soon you enjoy its wonders and I don't have to. LOL
Best regards,
Leland

It must be the pristine virgin white all is wrapped around, the quiet, the serenity, the deep sleep, and you the first to tumble around in it, virginity has its ways doesn't it?
You enjoy! Blessings! Jasmin Horst
