 Sadness Upon The World

Sorrow abounds,
All we have to do is look around.
Shame on us, the human race,
Whom He have given His eternal grace.

So say now He
“Suffer not the little children,
But by Me they are free.”

We look around and we see a dying world,
Prophecy being fulfilled as mentioned by the prophets foretold.

Bless this child and on our knees we should all get down and pray.
Not just say in simple words,
‘God save us this very day.’

There are too many horrors in which the mind can take.
We must release it all to God, for He is the one who in the end shall save.
Thus bless the little children, bless them all each and every day.
Sadness holds my heart as I look upon this in total dismay.

God is good and God is right.
Yet we as mortals question our plight.
The final words rest upon this utmost thought.
Jesus came to save those whom that are lost.
And by His blood their salvation was bought.

Therefore look at this picture,
Let it sink unto your very soul.
Pray without ceasing for those who are deemed lost
To some day come out whole.

For He is the way, He is the light and the utmost truth.
If you have doubts, look at the stars, the moon,
The rising of the sun and the days of our own demise which looms.

Trust in Him.
Nevertheless the circumstances you face.
Always know that His salvation is granted upon His eternal grace.

So suffer not the little children,
Yet in boldness, in bravado and in grace.
Let us as children of God seek His face.

Jesus warned His disciples [followers] when they asked Him for signs of the end of the age. "TAKE HEED THAT NO ONE DECEIVES YOU. For many will come IN MY NAME saying 'I am the Christ', and WILL deceive many. And you will hear of wars, and rumors of war; see [to it] that you are not alarmed; FOR ALL THESE THINGS COME TO PASS, BUT THE END IS NOT YET. For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom, And there will be famines, pestilences (such as ebola) and earthquakes in diverse places. All these are but the beginning of sorrows." He continued, "THEN they will deliver you up to tribulation [to be afflicted], and shall kill you; and you will be hated by all nations for My name's sake." And then, many will be offended and betray one another, and hate one another. Then many false prophets will rise up and deceive many. And because lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold. But he [or she] who endures to the end, shall be saved. And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world, AS A WITNESS TO ALL NATIONS, AND THEN, THE END WILL COME."
St. Matthew 24:4-14
Well done, my Brother.
Love you, bless you

God had nothing to do with this. You and I (figuratively, not literally) have always, throughout history, allowed this to happen over and over again. Perhaps out of our belief (like the Inquisitions), our distance (out of sight out of mind), or our fear. The last one, fear, is nicely assuaged by our reliance on scripture. Scripture also gives us license to behave like that. Beware scripture.

An excellent poem that captures the current situation in the world today. Yes, it is very sad. Evil forces want to kill innocent people for no good reason. Suffering abounds and we see things happening live that were not available with the technology that existed before. Magnificent!
