The Power of your mind!!

My MIND is the most powerful thing I own!

I depend on it to keep me going

Even though the road seems endless, it keeps me trotting

I rely on it to get me through my worst trauma

Even when all has given up, its says to me “I’ll lead & you follow”

I rely on it to take care of my emotions

Through the tough days, the heartache, disappointment & in finding the solutions

I depend on it when I am faced with tough decisions & insecurities

I take a look inside myself and assess the challenges

I rely on it to keep me focused on the things that need most of my attention

Like my family, my friends & achieving my greatest potential

It grants me support when no one else can

It believes in my efforts & is always at hand

It brings out the greatest creativity the creator embedded in me

It’s what I do best & will share with the world for all to see

When I feel inadequate, it usually says “you’re smart & beautiful, don’t doubt yourself”

“You’re so much, you have so much to offer, it will be ok - just believe in yourself”

When I feel I don’t know what to do or where I’m going

When I feel used or neglected & have been treated unfair

When life brings unhappiness, misfortunes & despair

I sit & think for a minute and the answers are usually there!

My gift to you, is to remind you to start using your mind today

Unused time & talents usually go away

Don’t be discouraged by what others may often say

Always remember what you think & do is what really matters at the end of the day!

Always use your mind positively, ignore negative thoughts

Because every accomplishment begins in your thoughts!

Remember, your MIND is the most powerful thing you own!!
