As my years continue to grow steadily and rapidly, I find more joy in my life every day. My precious sister, daughter and niece overwhelm me with love and kind acts. They found this nice retirement home for us and we are very happy. These actions inspired the following:

There are sometimes when your cup runs over It surges right over the brim There are sometimes when you're not in the clover That life seems to be so grim When these good times come be sure to surrender Just let them flow over the top When bad times come you will always remember These bad times are surely to stop Our Good Lord promised to not overdo it From grief He will give us reprieve So be prepared when the good times they do hit His promise you then will believe Copyright © 2011 – James C. I'm glad we both stuck around to enjoy these golden days. Granted, some of the days get a little tarnished by pain, but you are right, we are having great times in our new life, enjoying all your new accomplishments. When I read some of your words, I think, "shades of dad!" Both he and mother would be so proud of you. They were always proud of all our successes, large and small. We miss them, don't we? Thanks for adding the picture of your old/younger sister and niece on our postage-stamp back porch. Sis
