How you spend your day is up to you... The quality of the day is our personal choice Shall we pin on a smile or give gloom a voice Do we count all our troubles and spend the day whining Or tear open clouds to expose silver lining We could dwell on the dreary grey mood of depression Or hurl all that energy at positive expression Each day we wake up to two sides of the coin It's down to our choices which side we will join Counting your blessings is first job of the day Being certain to chase little niggles away So Is the tone of your day full of fun or plain cruel? Is today's glass half empty or do you see it half full?
