(When you discover the love of your life has Aspergers)

my heart met a trapped soul, who said to me...

Poem Artwork

Please love and support me

…but don’t get too close

Please hold my hand tight

…when my mood gets morose

Don’t judge me too hard

…when I push you away

Please help me find joy

…put a smile in my day

Please take all my sadness

…and turn it upbound

Even though I won’t value

…having you around

I’ll rattle your patience

…and shake your belief

I’ll test you, detest you

…cause all kinds of grief

I’ll bait you and slate you

…and challenge your trust

But please, don’t turn away

...when the day’s turned to dust.

A worthy poetic assessment of what the term "the one you love to hate" is all about. The fine line and crossover inevitability of love and hate is most likely one of our most perplexing emotional dichotomies.

Sometimes the truth hurts so much one wants to slap it! This came close to home.

Love ya!

INSIDE OR OUTSIDE OF HOLY MATRIMONY...THERE ARE SOME THINGS WE CAN GO THROUGH ONLY BECAUSE WE...LOVE...FOR BETTER OR FOR WORSE. THANKS FOR SHARING. LOVE, BLESSINGS AND FAITH...JOYCE * HIS INSPIRATIONS

A very unique view of Asperger's syndrome. It's easy to think of those with it only to be loved by their mothers. But those that breakout and are able to communicate with others may have a certain attractive quality that a woman would want to share. But it must be hard because, even though someone may want to breakout, they never really can.
