Poem Artwork

As Big as I am...Still you do not see.

Reality which breathes on you…that breath belongs to me

Life evolves around you…if you’d just open eyes

And pull your wretched gaze away

…from those who hypnotize

Wake up and smell the roses…the brewing coffee too

Wake up and see all Nature’s gifts, bestowed on me and you

Reach out and touch the tangible…let pixels fade away

Reach out and let our awesome world grow stronger every day.

…xxx

It's hard to miss that statue of a fawn, but we do, now most of us living in hectic cities and connected only by Internet and television to the outer world rarely get in touch with nature anymore. And nature is suffering while we don't see it.

Charitable organizations like The Nature Conservancy and others, are busy buying up private property, creating new wilderness and pathways for wildlife all around the world. Hopefully, helping indigenous people survive and letting tourism take the place of abusive practices from the past.

So that people will be no longer oblivious to nature's plight.
