A robin lands on the bench and gives out a little frozen tweet

An enjoyable read. Loved how you brought everything together in your last stanza. They started out strangers, now I wonder where they go from here. A part 2 maybe?
A sweet little poem about sharing at Christmas. But I'm left with a conundrum of knowing whether that was a homeless person on the bench, or just the wayward robin whose eyes met hers.

Feeding the birds is something my wife and I do daily. Of course, Lucy, our cat, gets a bit rankled with us when we do and wants to pounce on them. And though we never let her; it's always fun to watch her puff up, crouch down, and twitch excitedly. "a park bench cradles her bony butt", that image cracked me up, V.
