I do meditate. Sit quiet at times and just let my mind roam. I don't find that using words of some "spiritual" or "mystical" character makes any difference when the mind is quiet and sorting through thoughts like daydreaming. We all need quiet reflective times to reorient who we are. We all can't be floating on a flying carpet all the time or we would soon become oblivion.
