Nice write. I have an ocarina, it's a small clay instrument like a gourd with holes, it has rainbow colours on the top, and it's tone is like the soft hoot of a wood pigeon. Your poem made me want to find it and play it again.
I have not looked up or know of Ocarina, but I am a worshiper of the peak of summer when all things seem possible. Your poem makes me want dive right into summer right away.

Speaking personally: There are instances when reading something, or hearing laughter, or listening in on someone's positive conversation, or hearing the sound of a distant instrument, can change my dark mindset completely for the better.
