You had a time of it, between the charlie horse and the dog! Sometimes, just writing about it helps it to get better -- let's hope so, my friend. No more charlies in the middle of the night!

Eat a banana, my girlfriend SWEARS it stops the cramps. I hate them, too.

As for Rufuz, tell 'im there's nothing worse that wet dog. 'Course, nothing worse if Rufuz wets in the house: what to do? LOL
