I've always LOVED the book by Richard Bach, Jonathan Livingston Seagull...

Man destroying world, From the Gods herald, End time approaching, No more flying space, Humanity encroaching… Tears for the forgotten, The Gods do listen, On man’s hands blood, Humanities stench rotten… A time remembered, Before mans coming, Humanity needs to be dismembered, When, dear God of Nature, Will mans time be succumbing… © ed ? 7/7/09
