Twas today at my job when boss did arrive,

He is lucky that he did listen when told him I did,

That to the wage & hour board I would of him report,

As well he is lucky I am a nice sort of guy,

For if I weren't, this day he would not have survived...

So my check I did finally get,

In my account it is making me all set,

Tomorrow I got to get some meds & food,

Not eating at home is something more than rude...

So I will in future keep you apprised,

Today regards the check I was pleasantly surprised,

I didn't thank the guy, just gave him a long look,

I am afraid he is alot like a past employer that screwed me,

It is getting for me to read people like him like a cheap book...
