Rain today in our area,

No more worrying about the grass going brown,

So many folks were exhibiting for some reason hysteria,

No need for a/c today, the temps lower down…

But one thing I did forget,

I usually leave my car windows open just a crack,

So the rain did get in, the seats are a bit wet,

But dry they will as the 90s are on their way back…

Tis nice, though its been awhile,

To hear the rain on the roof,

The rain tends to make me smile,

Better ever than snow, that makes me stand aloof…
