Poem Artwork

Four today is the floor,

For this mornings hours,

Sometimes it can be nothing more,

Than a day like today, such a bore...

Can't even of what I do say,

As I am just sitting is all, wish I could down lay,

But if I did, then I would be sleeping for sure today...

So I look for things to do,

To keep me from feeling otherwise blue,

So to write this short piece I do for of it the fun,

Since for a little time today I won't be out in the sun...

                         ...besides its raining...

I suggest challenging them to a game of "twister." Now that is theraputic, if nothing else entertaining. Just keep the Ben Gay handy. Patrick

...and senior centres are always glad to have volunteers just to pop in and chat with the seniors.

Bored volunteering at the hospital? Try volunteering at an animal shelter, Bro - never a dull moment at any of those - and the critters really appreciate the company.
