Winters arrival...

No snow though, YET

Windy is what it is,

Making 35 degree temps,

Feel like its only 20,

I seem to feel more of the cold,

Now that I am getting to be more old…

 

I have to envy those living in a home,

Insulation & a better heating system,

I am better off in my car,

While I work, deliver & roam…

 

I am not happy with getting up in years,

It seems to bring about more fears,

As well I see the change in my peers,

Maybe I can buy a new life from K-Mart or Sears…J

The years, my friend care not what you think. I turned seventy-two this year. Am I happy about it? Hell no. It is what it is. Hang in there buddy, wish you could find yourself a better job.
