No insurance have I got nor money,
My diabetes is getting worse,
At least if I go by the constantly rising numbers,
Used to be that 250 was normal, now I cannot get below 300,
So if I am destined to die of too much sugar,
I guess I should look at the bright side sunny,
And try in some way to deal with it somewhat funny…
No advice am I for asking,
Just let me drown in sugar basking,
It was better when knowing what was wrong I did not,
Next time I go into a coma from too much sugar,
Just let me go and pull the plug,
Cremate me then sweep me under the rug…
Ramen soup for dinner at nine,
Seems to me to be fine,
Probably not the best dinner,
But what the hell, there’s food in this old sinner…
No pity am I as well asking,
I am not herein of my life masking,
It’s been a bitch, though I’ve seen worse,
Sometimes I wonder what else there is to do but curse…

Beans -- Not only are beans (like kidney and pinto) a low-fat, nutritious source of protein, but they're also high in fiber. And that's just what you want, because high-fiber foods slow down digestion.
Nuts -- This is the snack that really satisfies. Next time you get a craving for potato chips, grab a handful of nuts instead -- preferably unsalted. Nuts fill you up with fiber and load you up on omega-3 fatty acids as well.
Cinnamon: Researchers are finding that cinnamon reduces blood sugar levels naturally when taken daily. If you absolutely love cinnamon you can sprinkle the recommended six grams of cinnamon on your food throughout the day to achieve the desired effect....sprinle this on oatmeal which is high fiber...carbohydrates are the enemy...dried beads are carbs, but they are what are called good carbs because of the fiber.
Also two table spoons of vineger three time a day will help...all this stuff is cheap and good for you...stay away from white bread and go with whoal grain...keep riding your bike or walking as this burns fat which if is not burned off turns to sugar....there are more and I know this works as I have seen it work in Leah...but you have to decide...Always in prayer am I for you...and I will get the numbers on those tires tomorrow and seee if they will fit your car...I got tied up today...if they will work for you I will try and get them shipped to you as soon as I can see a way to do so.
