Poem Artwork

Not a wick of sleep last night,
My eyes won’t close to block out light,
I seem to be tired enough, shouldn’t have to fight,
Please God to of this problem smite,
Maybe I will be able to fix myself after this write…

My throat is dry,
Could it be a symptom,
Maybe I could use a sleeping prescription,
Awry is my bodily system…

I read my book and barely stay awake,
Don’t like to be to you opaque,
This inability to sleep really takes the cake,
I’m starting to wonder if I am as much as Mr. Ed, a flake...

You don't want to depend on sleeping pills....hot bath....take a walk before going to bed, warm milk.

Always,

Deborah

Ron is too funny! I hate it when I cannot sleep. It's happened on a number of occasions but I always know the reason why (usually a woman and I never blame her). I hope you sleep well and have lovely dreams soon, Ed. Love and peace to you,

Regis

Happens to us all - I go through it quite frequently, it's up and down all nite long, frustrating but deal with it, ED.

I had to go to my doctor for a prescription for something to allow me to sleep. Insomnia is terrible. So, tell us more about Mr. Ed. LOL!

Love ya!

Insomnia is a bummer. I have it every night. So Mr. Ed is a flake? Hmmm, interesting.
