Supposedly a same day operation,
Still has given me causation,
To worry about my possibly ruination,
Hope if I don’t survive that my end will bring salvation…
A slight cut here, a snip, snip there,
Will they leave me with anywhere,
How will I tell which doctor or nurse is who,
As they have to on their bodies wear,
The craziest of costumes, it is most unfair…
What a terrible way to start the new year! But, on the other hand, if its been giving you a lot of grief it may actually be a good thing. At any rate, wishing you a quick recovery with minimal pain.
I had umbilical hernia surgery last May. I hate anesthesia, but all went well. Taking that 1st crap after surgery was the worst part of it. That was sheer hell. Just make sure nobody's eating Jr. Mints in the O.R., and good luck.
Surgery is always a concern. After all, it's not like one is looking forward to the breeze of a summer's day. That said, it will be over before you knew what hit you. God speed, and yes, my calendar will be marked with blessing and good will heading your way. John
Hell yeah, that last line tells it all . . . Friday the 13th . . . Postpone it to another day . . . Friday the 13th? . . . Oh well, ya gotta do what ya gotta do!
