Life is trickling by
And the hands of time are taking count of the day and time
The hourglass was in my grasp
But it slipped from my sweaty palms and on the floor it crashed
Each breath is slowly losing its meaning
Each stroke of life's paint brush smudging the truth behind the lines
Walking to an unknown destination as I am searching for the light
Come with me now
Come forward
We must break this eternal curse inside
But you linger there
There in my dreams
You are no more mine than any
It was never meant to be
I shutter now
The air begins to thin
I have cut the lines in motion
No more bleeding from within
Your sorrow is withdrawn
You have no heart at all
You watch me curl up
As I cry for something only wishes can provide
And wishes are a drag because they always fall short
Do not mourn for me
Because in life you did not care
Life is but a tender dream
And I have not a moment to spare
