I feel like a Weeping Willow Tree,
Trying to become free,
Of the torment I've been through
With some of you.
I've gotten a text wanting to come see me,
When I told him to leave me be.
I don't want to go there no more.
I just don't know what's in store.
The Weeping Willow tree with it's hanging branches.
Has always been my favorite tree and enhances,
My feelings, to sit under it and weep,
And just wondering which things I will keep.
I know where there is one,
It's by a stream that's near by me.
I'll go there and weep,
for the memories, I've got to keep.
I just want my feelings to end,
Which is to say, how will they bend.
Like the Weeping Willow Tree,
and letting me be free!
What an amazing look into your soul with this poem. It says so much. Lord willing the weeping willow still stands as with you my friend. Strong enough to bend but always snapping back.
