Christmas Feelings of Love
God you know is everywhere, his love you can feel,
A lot of people disagree, they say that he’s not real,
I Think God invented love in creation he’s revealing,
I know that he foresaw it all and made us with his feelings,
Without God there could be no love, just let me explain,
Why do you love the Rainbow following the rain,
Why do you love the beautiful sunset with such an awesome view,
Then there’s the mirrored mountains in a lake of sparkling blue,
Why do you love the giving of a rose, it’s just a thing so small,
But it warms the heart with love and beauty for us all,
Why do you love a moon lit night with that canopy we’re under,
An unknown and unbelievable universe of wonder,
Those are just a few of the loves we all appreciate,
Skeptics claim that evolution caused this human trait,
Love is also feelings without the beauty all around,
Love is the mix of feelings that in your heart abound,
There’s, affection, protection and unselfishness, to treasure,
There’s compassion, self sacrifice, and devotion without measure,
Should you ever wonder, if all of these feelings, God gave you are true ,
Just look into the devoted eyes of that little dog that love’s you,
Of all these feelings that make up love. How many do you find,
Everyone is plain as day in his little mind,
I think there is a reason, why in your dog, all this love is found,
You see, Dog has the back of God, just turn the name around—

How special your words are. Thanks for sharing this lovely feeling.
As I look at that picture, I am reminded about how dogs love us unconditionally and how they like to have their picture taken. Perhaps they see us as gods when we treat them well. And they even honor us when we treat them badly. A sign of real devotion.

and in the Dog, then WHY is there hatred, doubt, violence, pestilence, destruction of property and the environment, pollution of the skies through volcanic eruptions (not forgetting Hiroshima and Nagasaki: this, I agree, is Tru(e)-Man-made), Covid-19 (Trump says: "Chinese-made", but then the Chinese are not human, nay?), plagues, divorces, patricide, matricide, fratricide (check RMC "True Histories"), pedophilly, incest, swindling, cheating on spouses who utter before God: "Until Death do us part",
corruption, money-laundering, Swiss Bank numbered accounts, backbiting, envy, plagiarism,
the caste system, the aristocracy, "blue-bloodied" royalty, drugs, drug-pushing cartels, un-earned income (the Biden-Ukraine/Chinese kind), TRUMP-power to pardon criminals, the poor, famine, hunger, the Black Slave Trade, inequality of the non-White races vis-à-vis Roman/Gaullic/NAZI/Middle-Kingdom/British, etc., empires, Apartheid, the arbitrary awarding of the NOBEL PRIZE only to those who manage to accumulate all the traditional publisher caucuses-buckled prizes: the Prix Goncourt, the Hawthornden, the Booker, the American National Book Awards & Pullitzers, the Sahitya Academy awards on unread or misread mss, the critics in leading newspapers who get paid to write the stuff the over-lord patrons want, that multi-billionaire black woman on the tele who can make or break any aspirant's chances for a Grammy or an Oscar or a Pullitzer, or even God if He tried to get his autobiography published in the English-language (with the exception of the French tongue which is the ONLY language of prayer Gods and dogs understand), wars and more wars, religious internecine cut-throat divisiveness, the cult of the "cul" as the Ultimate Joy (didn't God put the toilet too close to birth-sight for want of imagination?), coprophilia, hedonism, epicureanism, existentialism, carpe diem, make Motherhood indistinguishable from the oldest profession in the world, 00? 00!!> < Tom Leftwich, the Authors-DEN, AMEN!
