Love the premise and connotation of this. Memory has its events stored in a diary that we all carry about with us. Nothing fixes a thing so intensely in the memory as the wish to forget it, but only after we have called it what it is. The actualization is in self awareness, and it is enough. Coming to terms with the accumulative mind debris of storms surfacing in the present from long ago gives clarity, and clarity gives closure. This piece is a prescription for being mentally healthy.
