Little guys who make a big difference for us and our planet...

Poem Artwork

Creeping, crawling, soaring around.

Bugs in the air and bugs on the ground.

With lots of legs or only a few,

each bug has a job to do.

Velvety butterflies stained like glass

Spread pollen that makes flowers, as they flutter past.

Bees buzzing busily make honey tasty sweet.

Toiling so our food will thrive, that’s yummy to eat.

Ants work hard to cleanse the soil. They’re tiny yet strong.

Whatever’s not required, they see that it’s gone.

Bugs are our friends. God knows our every need.

He placed them here upon earth to care for you and me.

Every creature here has a purpose but I do hate roaches.

Each bug's life is a miracle from God. They each come into this world for a purpose. A cute poem, Michelle!

Your poem has a few bugs in it, but I like it anyway. ;-)

We swat them, spray them, poison them and are irritated by then in many ways. But without them, the underpinnings of the whole ecosystem, we would die.

Excellent, this needs to be evangelised, gardeners are sowing wildflowers not mowing their lawns and letting them become mini meadows to attract the native Bugs and bees.
