COLOURS 

Colours light our lives so bright,
Colours vivid and so right,
Painted streaks of pastel hues,
Striking yellow, greens and blues.

Shoots of verdant, you see throughout,
Just popped here, to give a shout,
Soon a myriad of colours bloom,
From morning light, in gardens strewn.

Yellow warmth and sunshine brings,
Golden rays of lights that sing,
Amber palette now does glint.
Smiles of happiness in the pink,

Orange, amber, yellow browns,
Are the colours to be found,
Heaven skies of white and blue.
Through semi naked limbs you view,

Golden face is now away,
Charcoal blends, skies of grey,
Once green carpet, now yellow seems.
Barren browns and naked limbs,

Painted greens of buds replete,
Embracing then the golden heat,
Reaching upwards to skies azure,
Giving senses, oodles of pleasure.

Glorious Gold of summer roams,
Different shades of autumn tones,
Mixed array of spring that sighs,
Charcoal blends of winter skies.
