Thoughts, feelings, visions and emotions.

Poem Artwork

How do I express what emotions seep through me,

when I, myself cannot comprehend.

My thoughts, emotions, and feelings are a beautiful mess.

Visions appear; past, present and future,

I see them all!

As I sit quietly, my heart beats,

yet the pulsations are so intense,

and I can’t help but wonder if the reverberations are felt far and wide.

No sequence follows,

the lines are oft blurred,

yet in the periphery I get glimpses.

However, which journey do I travel?

They all beckon, come hither,

and I,

swirling in a trance like state am beyond emotional.

Tears flow like raging rivers,

and every drop fills up the lake of serenity of where I yearn to be.

Such an intense and beautiful thought poem, Elga.

The Lake of Serenity is on the Moon, and I wouldn't mind going there,
as it is my own ruling planet.

I think many of us feel this way at times (if not all the time). I know that I can relate to the theme that you express through your verses here, Elga. Love, peace, and best wishes to you,

Regis. 🙏🌲🌺🌼🍁
