Every paralyzed person needs a strong counterpart like Dana to help them be whole when so much is cut off. We don't get to choose the disease that kills us. I only hope that she suffered little before the curtain fell.

Because of her steadfast effort and Chris's charisma, the road to a cure for spinal cord injury is clear.

So many of us, who were complete strangers to her miss, this gentle and caring person. The solace is knowing she gave us valuble lessons in the heart with her compassion and is now with her Superman.
