Oddly enough I understand both sides, Henry!This is a poignant poem well done, and it stirs many emotions. I hope and pray for peace, while knowing terrorism will continue, since Jihad is sworn against all foreigners by the radical muslims following Osama bin Laden!Only God has the answers.
Interesting write here in this poem. One picture stood out recently in our paper that a soldier took in Iraq against the ruins and blackened sky there was a sunflower. The soldier saw it and sent it back to his mother. Well peace will never come in our lifetime I am afraid but we can still desire it as much as we do air and we must be peaceful in ourselves before we demand it of others.
