the supply of Bibles
runnin' short, the
thief came to steal
God's word and
destroy religion,
here...have a whiskey

if you outlaw Bibles,
you might as well
tangle with Cimarron,
thunderstrike, you're
gone,

she rides for Cowboy's
For Christ, takin' the
Gospel to the Western
world, lasso Psalms,
scripture twirled,

takes up collection for
the Cowboy Bible with
a bucking horse on the
cover, guess who's
tougher, the thief came
to steal the Christian
Cowboy Ministry,

the cowboys were all
at some backwoods
rodeo presenting Gospel
in between rides, tellin'
stories 'bout their mail-order
brides,

Cimarron, quicker than
prairie fire, a self-taught
guitar and mandolin player,
lesbian fire, heard the Bible
thief shouting and swearing,
she cowgirled up, and let the
Lord deal,

the sky opened up, the gold
took hold, the corral gates swung
open and the horses stampeded,
an ironic drawing of Satan's choice,

it was all over in eight seconds time,
Cimarron played guitar gospel behind
the Smirnoff and Budweiser sign,

the Christian Cowboy Ministry has the
best spirits here---ghostriders, the spirit
of Cimarron...

Beautiful, Sage,

Censorship comes in many Godless forms; an engaging, entertaining lesson in stimulating prose; well done!

I'm really intrigued by the field you have staked out for yourself, sage. It's a world borne on the wind and full of beauty and freedom. Ride tall in the saddle, darlin'.

Whether it be bibles or any religious tome or book of creeds, whatever, they are in the public domain for anyone to read and expound as they see fit! Let God be the judge! There should be no restriction on anything Creator has a part of. It wasn't meant just for a selcet few but for everyone. If Creator gave us all a choice who are we to take it away from anyone. There are too many judges and not enough believers. Ride on Sage!
