Thing has started to get warmer as our pirates gold, silver and treasures gets bigger, and Old Geezer and Hot Red Belle need to get to some place so Ole Dog can buried not only a chest full of gold in a secluded beach of a secret island.
The fruit is getting ripe!

La Belle Red & Ole Dog Captain Ed (Part Two)

by Edvard the Elder

Two Spaniards trader ships they saw on the horizon,
heavy, sailing night, with silver and many gold ingots,
on the Temptress all sails were put to the aft wind
and she went to those two lambs like an hungry wolf,
with no astern lookout to alarm of their approach
just the light of the lantern burning on the aft rooms,
the pirate ship was cutting like a shadow of a knife
the waves of the sea, with not a sounds, like a ghost.

Down in the Capt’n quarters La Belle Red was busy
with Ole Dog Captain Ed, making lascivious love,
when the First Mate came with the ships good news
of an easy prey by the bow as he knocked on the door,
there was a long silence before an answer came,
like he was in a vice Ole Ed just sighed kind of aloud
as his cannon was firing that greatest of all salutes
crowned by La Belle Red’s agonizing grunting, Ahoy!

The two Spaniards ships were sailing side by side
leaving in between for the Temptress plenty room
as she with all the cannons on the ready like a wedge
fast advanced to her first pirate battle, to “her” war;
as they came abreast La Belle Red order, “fire!!!”
and all hell suddenly in the Caribbean sea was lose,
the Spaniards pitiful small cannons were silenced,
as the big sail masts were collapsing by the onslaught.

Temptress men at the rudder gave a hard to starboard
so the ship sides touched and the pirates could board
the one so full of calm ship that wasn’t expecting
among full of rage shouting brandishing cutthroats
to be invaded by an horde of bloodthirsty pirates,
jumping down from the sky like monkeys on a rope,
whose ship was now leaning to the other doomed one
dead on the water, not yet waked, lying on the Port.

All was finished before it started, no prisoners taken,
they were just there for all the silver and the gold,
although seven traveling maidens were found,
some pirates have good luck, others find a little love,
after three empty months at looking for their prey
they were rewarded with plenty naked skin and rum,
as they sailed away from the burning Spaniards
throwing a party, one where most legends are born.

Great write Brother
like a novel unfolding and each part a continuing chapter
Just like when I was a kid at the local movie
3 movies, 10 cartoons and always an action packed
Continuing saga in chapters, that kept you coming back
each weekend......
Thanks for the memories Brother

Rufuz the Ruthless wants to sail with thee,
Says a good first mate he could reliably be,
Any openings for him on your ship built of wood from a tree...?

Well I think I should have sailed me schooner down and had a look see what all that fuss was about. I think La Belle would have been ready for a manly Canadian pirate by then.
