The cool college boy stumbled down the steep staircase and into the bathroom -- drunk and woozy. At the party someone split his lip and his heart while “friends” looked on. He glanced in his cracked mirror, examining the bloody damage— and slowly . . . painfully . . . noticed his pair of 30 pound dumb bells, alone in the corner by the closet, dusty and cold.

Seems funny how we are never prepared for life's misfortunes.... how clear everything becomes...and the thoughts "if only" haunts to endless hours, until vengeance takes over or we submissively store misfortunes forever, as "if only".
