Our Father to us, showed,
a narrow, overgrown, road.
He said to stay, within it's bounds,
it truly was, a treasure found.
The very same we try to pave,
and widen each and every day.
That all the sects, have the same God,
that all can enter in,
on hiways of destruction, on esoteric views.
That's not, at all, what He had in mind,
it's not, within His views.
There's only One, He came He died,
and rose to sit by Him.
Then, sent us, The Holy Spirit, true ,
to guide us, to interpret, what His Word,
would have us, do.
The road He gave us on which to travel,
wasn't just a whim.
It's not to be resized, widened, or paved.
It was carefully designed, that, on it, mankind,
could be saved.
But man and the Church, are adding many things,
they feel so assured.
They, realize not, it's a huge mistake,
when they ignore His Holy, Word.
It states, at the end of Jude,
not to add or
subtract.
If it's not therein contained, it's very seldom true ,
but sadly, just, the mind of man, adding to:
what never, really,
lacked.
