What goes up must come down or so the scientists say

If you through a rock high in the air it will never, ever stay.

It will soon come plummeting down to Earth as gravity’s force ordains

There upon the ground it lies and there it still remains

Until someone picks it up again and throws it way up high.

But alas, it only returns once more too quickly with a sigh.

Our life can be best explained that way to me it certainly seems

That we spend as much time on the ground looking back on unfulfilled dreams.

But, if we pick ourselves up again and dare once more to try to fly

We experience the joy of living life and dare to touch the sky.

And if we should only find ourselves lying on the ground once more

We still have the wonderful knowledge that we flew to Heavens door.

So never give up when things get hard and never fear to live

And always remember that the joy received is proportional to what you give.

As long as God breaths the breath of life into your body here on Earth

Live everyday with all your heart and never forget its worth.
