It's better than Yoga!
Let us all enjoy a good laugh!

Poem Artwork

This is no laughing matter you say?

Maybe you should make it one as of today!

Laughter can lower the blood pressure, even when faced with a mess.

It reduces hormones in the body and that reduces stress.

It boosts the immune function by raising t-cells which improve your health.

If one can find it in him to laugh he has the key to great wealth.

When you get the chance, smile or chuckle or just laugh till your sore

If you find that it’s funny laugh and then laugh some more.

While laughing you trigger endorphins, natural painkillers of the body.

Along with the T-cells laughing creates B-cells, a disease fighting antibody.

Laughing has been shown to be highly contagious

So if you find it funny or hilarious and downright outrageous

The chances are that your friend will find it funny, too

And the next thing you know he is laughing alongside of you.

So let us join forces, fight illness and improve circulation.

Let us enjoy the humor, the fun and the feeling of elation.
